Breathwork & Meditation

Breathwork and meditation are powerful tools to decrease stress and anxiety and improve performance - both in sport and other areas of life! Based on your goals, I can guide you through meditation and/or breathwork techniques. As these techniques help us melt away the layers of anxiety, tension, and fear that have accumulated over time, we can discover greater clarity of the mind and begin to explore and experience our true selves. Breathwork and meditation can also help us drop into our physical selves and improve our awareness of how we can best serve our body.

Breathwork and meditation sessions can be added to any other offering, or can be provided as a standalone service. These sessions are also offered virtually.
