next level nidra: BREATHWORK & MEDITATIVE VISUALIZATION FOR PERFORMANCE

This workshop, uniquely designed for athletes, consists of open discussion, reflection, journaling, and a traditional Yoga Nidra session, which includes powerful progressive relaxation techniques, breath work, and guided meditation/visualization. Yoga Nidra, often referred to as sleep yoga or hypnotic yoga, helps participants improve self-regulation of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, and is associated with positive physiological and psychological changes. Athletes will leave with a renewed sense of well-being, a positive, specific, and intentional affirmation practice, and a deeply purposeful resolve to continue moving towards their goals with ease.

This workshop was designed for a team (or multiple teams, dependent on your organization’s size and setting). It has also been utilized as a special event for patients/clients at fitness and rehab centers.
