you have the expertise - let’s elevate your exposure!
New for 2026!
This workshop was designed as the sequel to “Passion, Purpose, and Potential” to help those who want to increase their exposure as an expert in their field.

You want to prompt your team to showcase their expertise, elevating themselves and your brand.
You want to empower your team to seek out organic PR opportunities.
You want to facilitate room for professional connection and contribution.
You want to improve staff engagement and retention within your organization through their experience of professional fulfillment.
You want to take a proactive step towards creating an environment that is resistant to burnout, compassion fatigue, and frustration.
You want to explore ways in which you can capitalize on your current staff’s passions and talents through recognition by outside channels.
your team will:
Create a personal mission statement, and discover how it aligns with the larger brand vision.
Identify their specific areas of expertise, and the questions the general public (and your patient population) has that they are the best suited to answer.
Learn about free platforms they can utilize to establish themselves as leaders in the field within their areas of expertise.
Workshop ways in which the larger brand is supported by AND can lend support to these initiatives to increase business opportunities.
Brainstorm on strategies to help each team member deepen strengths or shore up weaknesses, including continuing education opportunities and professional connections.
Develop strategic SMART goals that supervisors can check in on throughout the remainder of the year.
what people are saying:
“I thought I knew what people needed from interactions with my patients - this helped me understand the things people are asking friends, family, and Google long before they even get to our door. If I can reach them at that point - way earlier in their journey - it could make a world of difference.”
“This made PR feel way more accessible for me - I always thought it was something you needed an agent or firm for.”
“Leaving the session with a concrete “to-do” list was really helpful.”
“This was the push I needed to start putting myself out there more.”
why i created this workshop:
As you may already know, a lot of the work I currently do is to help allied health professionals understand, cope with, and be more resilient to burnout. While there are many factors that can contribute to burnout, the original “Passion, Purpose, and Potential” workshop was designed to focus specifically on avoiding one mismatch that can be a major contributor, and instead, help people align their values and their work.
One of the things I discovered over the past few years of teaching PP &P was that once clinicians had keyed into their professional purpose, they often wanted a way to share it with a larger audience. When done correctly, this helps a clinician deepen their connection to that purpose, build a body of work centered around it, and elevate the exposure for the organization they work for. That led to my creation of this workshop, intentionally designed for creating PR initiatives that empower boots-on-the-ground clinicians.
